I went into the Watford store and was almost instantly kindly greeted by Alexandra-Florentina, who helped my find the perfect bed and mattress. She was extremely patient with me being indecisive. She was very helpful and efficient. All of the staff were very friendly and said hello or smiled. The store was clean and the service was perfect. Would 100% recommend.
