the service provided by the colleague was very impressive. she was kind and very helpful. she managed to choose the product that I wanted to buy in my budget. from the beginning to the end the help I got was impressive. thank you Dreams.

Watford dreams were brilliant! Cheap, helpful and patient.

I was greeted by a lady called Caroline. She was friendly and enquired what I was looking for today. She took me the bed assessment, then from there showed me a range of options for my budget as well as the right mattress. I was able to try out the mattresses and did not feel rushed or pressured. I explained my concerns of longevity of the bed base and matress of which I was then told about the extended insurance policy. I was offered a drink, ideclined ad all ready had my water. I never felt I had to buy the product as the choice to purchase came from me. Highly recommend this Dreams store in Watford. Even the other staff there were very friendly and had general chat with them.

Basically Simona at Watford store was very helpful and knowledgeable, so much so that i think i had found basically the same bed in the shop down the road for cheaper but i didnt feel i got the same level of service, she is a credit to your brand. store was clean and good facilities...however you was out of free drinks but i would hold it against you lol.
