The service I received from Stuart at the Watford branch was exceptional. His knowledge of products and his honest opinions gave me the confidence that I made the right choices for the items I purchased.

The lady who served us on Saturday 10th July (Watford Dreams) was fantastic! So sorry I cant recall her name. It was her first day and she was training, however you would not know. The service was fantastic. She was informative and friendly and my husband and I instantly felt at ease around her. I have some neck and shoulder issues and she did the tests with us before explaining and showing us the different types of beds that would be suitable to our needs. This was brilliant! During our visit, we were also assisted by Mustafa. He was equally fantastic. He too was very helpful and kind. Both Mustafa and the lady were honestly AMAZING! Their service was brilliant. We would definitely reccomend Dreams Watford store to our friends and family. Please pass on our thanks to Mustafa and his female colleague. Perhaps a pay rise :). Our visit was amazing due to their service and they should be recognised for it! Thanks very much once again, Alisha and Kassim :)

The store manager welcomed us very well, as if we are entering our home, made us feel comfortable, and confident. I would always feel shy sleeping on public places. We were offered refreshments too.

Callum was very knowledgeable about the products and knew just what we were looking for. I can be very indecisive at times and was surprised and glad it wasn't a long process from start to finish.

From the beginning Callum was great in assisting us, and even help making sure our 2 year old wasn’t getting into trouble while we used the smart bed!! Great knowledge of all the beds and very friendly

The assistant took time to find out our needs and had patience whilst we were trying to make a decision. Her knowledge was great and advised of sale items, which we decided to go with.
