Great customer service and very informative staff!

I was approached by Stuart who was very helpful and welcoming. I was purchasing a mattress and he recommended I tried to machine that was designed to find the right mattress for you. After using the machine he took my to various different option until I found the one that I wanted. I don’t like the typical sales man tactics of making you lean towards to most expensive one which he did not do. He helped me find the one that was best suited for me which actually happened to be on sale at a very good price! His customer service skills are excellent and he is a credit to the dreams store.

My advisor was very good and ebeb offered us a bottle of water. Plus free delivery on our products is fabulous

Caroline at the Watford branch was very helpful and very friendly. And made the shopping experience very pleasant, she was very informative and knowledgeable, and we left feeling extremely happy with our shopping experience at dreams.

The man who assisted us (Callum at Dreams Watford)was great

Callum was an excellent salesman, he definitely knew how to approach me. I wasn't sure what i was looking for at first i thought i was after a firm mattress but before i could carry on he simply asked if i would like to try a machine that would tell me what bed is best suited for my sleeping style so he set my up on the machine then gave a brief explanation what the scan was doing. Once i had been scanned he then asked me to lay on each bed the machine matched me with i also got a comfy pillow to test too 🙂, rather then him selling me the most expensive or me going for the cheapest he sold me the right bed i was most comfortable in. As i layed in the beds he would explain the technicalities of the bed in a simplified way i could understand. He didn't pressure me into buying anything because all i went into the shop for was just a quick look but i was so confident with his knowledge i ended buying the mattress with the frame and the pillow he got me to use as a demo. Both the price and delivery date was surprisingly good and left me feeling relieved and happy. Would recommend the service to anyone
