We were attended to promptly, Callum was extremely knowledgable on the products and understood our needs. He was also so considerate with our children who were with us and were not very patient with shopping for mattresses.

The gentleman that looked after our needs was friendly, understood what we were looking for, introduced us to a unique measuring our requirements machine and showed us complimentary products. All of this made our experience very pleasant and productive.

Caroline greeted us as we came into the store but understood we wanted space to look around first. She then was able to answer all our questions and point out other products we may like. For the mattress, she took us to the machine which took account our preferences so the choices of mattresses became much less overwhelming. She then gave us pillows to go around the store and try the shortlist of mattresses.
