The bed I found was perfect! The price was good too, & everyone was so friendly. The assistant who helped me, Alexandra, was extremely helpful & very kind. Asking me if I needed a drink or anything at all. Extremely nice & caring person. Everyone who I had encountered in the store was friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs anything for a bed or sorts !

Caroline was fantastic - she was incredibly friendly, showed us the mattress choosing machine and offered us drinks. I expected mattress shopping to be quite boring but Caroline made the experience fun and I feel confident that we chose the right mattress. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and have already been recommending Dreams to friends and family.

Joanna was friendly official and knew the stock very well. She knew exactly what we wanted and she was able to recommend. She close the sale very quick..
