She was very friendly and knowledgeable and introduced us to the artificial intelligence bed finding machine that matched the way we slept with different bed options. Caroline did not put any pressure on us in buying products. Caroline assisted in helping us find a great mattress that was of good value for money, and helped us organise the mattress to be delivered to us on a date of our choice. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Caroline had been a star in making the purchasing experience so smooth.

Amir was welcoming, friendly and definitely knew all the products! He gave us time to try and retry the products we were looking for, was exceptionally professional throughout and never felt pressured to buy or hurry with our decision making. We left the store on a high and extremely happy and excited for the delivery of our top of the range mattress and pillows within a week of ordering!!! Within minutes I was greeted by the store manager at the Watford branch who greeted me and asked if I wanted assistance. I explained that I was due a hip replacement and he spent the time with me selecting the right bed and matress that suited my needs. He also assisted me to use the dream match machine before assisting another colleague to complete the purchase of the bed I had chosen.

the technology of analysing our needs for a mattress was exceptional, but what made our experience 'brilliant' was the help, knowledge and desire to give us excellence through a very personable and understand person, Stuart. our friends are now coming in to see him to buy a bed and mattress!
