Service was quick and assistant knowledgable. We soon found what we wanted at a price we could afford. We felt safe.

After needing a new mattress due to being disabled I needed to go in store to look around. We were greeted straight away by a gentleman. (Sorry didn’t catch his name) with covid measure in place for hands and the anti bac sprays for the beds before trying them. Was straight away offered to use the bed match machine, ( strangest experience ever) but helped find a mattress that didn’t put pressure on my spine and that my husband was comfortable on too. Callum from the Watford store went through all mattresses that were suited to us after using the machine. And found a lovely comfortable mattress. . On my return two days later to pay for the mattress with the quote given. Callum greeted me again and knew exactly what I needed. Threw in a mattress protector and free pillows for free too. Still got my first chosen delivery date from my first visit too. Delivery is two weeks away and can’t wait for a decent night sleep. I was really stressed about finding the right mattress as always buy online and end up putting up with being uncomfortable. But going in the shop and having the support of staff took that stress away. Bonus they are taking the old mattress away!

Our assistant greeted us at the door & asked us if we were happy to look around ourselves or if we needed help. I'm not always keen on assistants pouncing as soon as I enter a store but welcomed the help as we were looking for a small double & I was aware that not every bed came in that size. Our assistant was very knowledgeable & understood our needs very well.
