Caroline, who helped us, was very friendly and knowledgable. Crucially, she gave us plenty of time to try out the beds we were interested in so we could lay there for some time and check out the comfort. We were in the shop two and half hours and tried several Tempur beds to see which felt best.

The assistant shared the electronic mattress simulator to measure for our needs. He was open and honest and didn't use hard sell tactics. His product knowledge was first class. We were afforded enough time to make our product selections and when it came to paying for the goods there was no hard sell tactics to take any of the bolt on items that he explained were available. Overall it was a good consumer experience.

I came in to buy an ottoman bed end opening. The length of the bed was really important with the space I have. Callum in the Watford store served me ( as he had done last year when I bought a sofa bed from you). He came up with the idea of a side lifting ottoman which I had no idea existed and a headboard rather than a frame. Brilliant overall length max 197. Showed me the fabrics and headboard style I was after. I spent far more than I intended but have the exact style I had in mind. Would highly recommend to anyone going into the Watford store to ask for Callum’s help and advice.

The manager and another member of staff I think his name was Callum were very helpful and friendly and sorted out what we needed. The only downside of the visit was that the beds and mattresses may take up to twelve weeks to be delivered.
