Stuart (Assistant Manager) greeted us and took the time to ask leading questions to understand our likes/dislikes to guide us effectively on our decision making process

Caroline was amazing from start to finish. She really looked after us and helped us to find the right beds and mattresses for our budget. She explained everything clearly and made our trip totally stress free.

Wellcomed as soon as entered the store. Told the salesperson what we what Wanted she showed us various beds than we could have pointed the one We liked and. Proceed to look at mattresses showed different ones we picked. One and ordered the bed and mattress paid our deposit And got paper work and left store happy.

I came in to buy a mattress and your employee was very helpful every step of the way so I found a mattress I was happy with which was in my price range and could be delivered next week.

The sales advisor, Joanna was lovely from the off. She was patient and allowed me to try a variety of mattresses and pillows and even made me a coffee which was lovely. The sleepmatch system was brilliant as you feel as though theres real science going into your decision-making. Joanna was incredibly helpful throughout and I was beyond happy with everything. She made the decision easy and I have no regrets. I wish all those working in retail were like her!
