Sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable plus your testing system, to find most suitable bed, was an interesting experience.

buying my bed and mattress was easier than i thought it would be. every thing that i needed to know was explained very clearly. The new technology helped greatly with choosing the correct mattress. I was also given enough time to look around the store and did not feel under pressure in anyway. Also i found the pillows very comfortable and did not realize i could buy the mattress protector there The collection bags are an excellent idea. The whole experience of buying my bed went very smoothly and stress free.

Joanne was very helpful and knowledgeable she also gave me time to think about my decision and didn't force a sale upon me. She met all the criteria I gave her for my mattess and was friendly throughout.

We had visited the store a few weeks back, soon after lockdown eased. Mustafa approached my husband, was very professional and friendly. I joined later and also found him the same. We then went away to think about it. When we returned, Mustafa not only remembered us but remembered what we were looking for and why (new mattress because ours is making my husbands back hurt). He asked me to join my husband this time on the mattress test and stayed nearby to help and advise. He wanted to check the mattress we liked came up on the recommended which it did. This gave us confidence as we were buying a very expensive mattress. He then talked us through a lot and took us over to a lady who took us through the finance etc. She was also very kind, friendly and sensitive to social distancing, the fact that we were fasting etc and also spoke quietly when asking sensitive information such as salary. Mustafa also stated nearby and offered us complimentary items. I found the whole experience easy and reassuring. Would definitely use dreams again in the future.

Very helpful but not over bearing

Everything was handled in a very friendly and professional manner.The price I paid was good and the delivery times better than anyother quote we had.

The salesman was extremely helpful as I was buying beds for my Autistic sons. He was very understanding with them and gave them time and space to test the mattress requirements, he also allowed him to try out as many beds as needed. Excellent for a parent of special needs adults

We went to look for a bed, we ended up buying the whole bedroom furniture... which was even better as we were looking for a wardrobe too...
