The initial analysis of our needs using the store technology was helpful Our assistant Amir was friendly and informative and helped us to make a decision about our purchase without being pushy or intrusive. He acknowledged that we knew what we wanted and was able to help us reach our final decision

Good staff who know their products . Asking to find out what you need and recommend what could be the best options and not always the dearest but the right product for you

Callum was extremely helpful and understanding as my husband has Parkinson’s so he took extra time to make sure that we were getting The correct bed.

We used the sleep simulation machine to select suitable mattresses and we were quickly able to identify one which met our needs.

My partner and I were shopping for a new mattress. We both were unsure what we were looking for or needed. We were trying some out and finding it very difficult to understand what was right for us. Callum who served us, had been observing and suggested that we do the sleep match machine which was in store. With this he was able to understand our individual needs and combine this to find a perfect mattress for my partner and I. Callums help and knowledge was excellent. He talked us through what was best and helped us make our decision (which we are very happy with). Overall, our experience at Dreams was painless and enjoyable, and one i would highly recommend. We were assisted by Callum who was knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful. Proper precautions were taken with respect to prevention of covid infection which was very reassuring. The choice of stock was excellent and we were guided through all our options without undue pressure and with excellent advice. Overall my wife and I were very satisfied.
