Good costumer service.

The second we walked in the staff were very polite,cheerful and very helpful,the shop was spotless and we felt safe and comfortable with pandemic restrictions in place, all of the staff together made our visit a pleasure and not a chore,this was are first major shop since March 2020 and was a made stress free thankyou to you all at dreams regards Helen Riley

The staff were incredibly helpful, did their best to find me what I needed within my price range and went above and beyond to get me a good deal

I believe the lady who served us Alexandra was very confident and knew her product we were able to test out several beds with our own pillows and there was clear signage and sanitation stations,we were offered refreshments which was a nice gesture, the only slight disappointed is that we are having to wait possibly 12 weeks for delivery apart from that a positive experience.

The colleague was very knowledgeable, polite and followed all the safety guidelines and not pushy at all. A pleasure to deal with

Even though I knew exactly what I was looking for, an assistant (Alexandra Idlustafa) approached me to see if we needed help which we did and she showed me all the choices of beds and mattresses and explained the discounts on offer for each. She let us try out the mattresses until we found the best one. Once we sat down to do the paperwork we were offered a drink and she went through the payment options, insurances and any other items I required which were pillows and duvet. Even the store manager came over as they had some special offers on the extras. They also kept to the social distancing rules.
