Your Salesperson, Caroline, was entirely responsible for me making my purchase. She was brilliant! Her product knowledge was first class. She listened to my needs and was patient and friendly and pointed me in the right direction . She was very patient. When I left home,. I had no intention to spend over £2000 on this purchase. However, Caroline steered me just what I needed and I didn’t even ask the price until the order had been processed. I do think your products are a bit pricey but I was very impressed to learn that , if the mattress doesn’t suit me, I can exchange it within the first month. Finally, Caroline really impressed me by pulling out all the stops to ensure that the items would be delivered to me when I wanted to receive them. Well done Caroline. I sincerely hope that your management take these reviews seriously. This lady was streaks ahead of the other salespeople in your Watford store.

The staff were really friendly. I had a lovely shopping experience. In fact, as it was the first day after lockdown I will never forget it!

I was incredibly impressed and satisfied with the help and advise Callum provided me with when I came into the Dreams store in Watford to purchase a bed and sofa bed. He was able to answer all my questions clearly and he clearly knows a lot about the products and had great suggestions for me! As I am moving into a new flat i really appreciated his help and patience. i also really valued that he gave me space and time to look around the shop as this is something not alot of sales-people in similar stores do! Often I feel pressured to make a purchase and it is very off-putting but Callum was fantastic. I would definitaly reccomend friends and family to visit dreams to buy beds and sofabeds as there is a great range of furniture aswell as decently priced options aswell! This is something really important for me as I am a young proffesional moving into my first home! I can tell the available products are also of great quality.
