Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the shop. Hand gel at the front of the store. Was approached reasonably quickly to see if we needed help, in a friendly but not pushy manner. We were shown a variety of beds, left to try out as many as we wanted and spend as much time going from one to another as we needed. My wife couldn't make her mind up between 2 mattresses but we were advised that we could change the mattress if it did not suit within a certain number of days, which gave me a peace of mind. We were given paper to place on pillow, but was also told that the covers on them were changed with every customer. Our questions were answered and advice where needed was given. Once we had decided on what we needed we were advised on ways to pay. All was done in a quick efficient way and was offered refreshments. A delivery date was given to us which fitted in with our work patterns. Overall a excellent experience with great friendly staff.

We visited your Watford branch and was serviced by Simoha, who was a credit to your company, friendly,helpful, understanding and very patient. I was picking two mattresses for my daughters (one very high maintenance). Simoha was excellent in her help and customer service,( I would give her 100% out of 10).
