Excellent customer service from Joanna from the moment she asked if she could help me. Excellent knowledge and advice of products and my requirements. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. Very patient and polite while numerous beds tested, very careful with safety issues surrounding covid, antibac sprayed after contact with beds. Offered me a much needed beveridge. Felt a very valued customer. A thoroughly pleasant experience!
