The store colleague, Callum, spent time with us suggesting mattresses to try. When we appeared unsure he suggested we use the bed mattress assessment machine to help confirm our decision. Callum made us aware of the discount on the bed frames and explained the different bases and showed us the different fabric colour on another frame so we could see if we liked it. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and he made the experience a lot less stressful and hassle free.

Stuart was great he did not pressure me to buy the bed and mattress just let me go around testing the mattresses myself, after being told by him from the bed scan that was taken, would suit me best.

Caroline was very friendly, didn’t annoy us whilst we walked around (the first time), noticed us when we came back in and was extremely friendly and helpful. She also didn’t push products on us despite listening to our conversations which we really appreciated. We hate it when we are pounced on, and that puts us off buying products. This is what we experienced in one of the other shops in the same retail park and it made us leave very promptly.
