Caroline was very friendly, didn’t annoy us whilst we walked around (the first time), noticed us when we came back in and was extremely friendly and helpful. She also didn’t push products on us despite listening to our conversations which we really appreciated. We hate it when we are pounced on, and that puts us off buying products. This is what we experienced in one of the other shops in the same retail park and it made us leave very promptly.

The sales advisor Stuart (Watford) was very attentive, understood our needs and didn't hurry or push us into purchasing, excellent.

The staff were very knowledgeable and understood the needs I was looking for giving us all available options covering all costs. Allowing us time to think about the options with no pressure
