The whole experience on entering the store. We were requested to sanitize our hands on arrival. Callum then asked if he could assist very politely. We asked about the sleep match. He explained how this worked and then offered us a bottle of water before starting. Once this had given us the match, he then guided us to the matched mattresses after supplying us with the matched pillow. What I really liked was that he moved away whilst we tried each one to give us the time we needed to try and discuss each one. Then we had an option between two but he did not automatically steer us towards the most expensive. Once we had decided on our mattress he then helped us with choosing a base, showing us the different types and even tried to match the colour to a headboard that we had previously ordered. Ordering was then easy as he used details that you already had logged on the system. He explained about the warranty, the delivery and how to prepare for the removal of our old bed. We also purchased a new head board for another single bed that we had. We were very impressed with Callum and to top it we got a really good deal on our purchase. He offered us a bottle of water before leaving.
