I liked the mattress fitting experience. Shah was very polite and patient as well as informative.

In all honesty I was dreading this experience. I expected overly pushy sales people and to want to leave the moment I walked in. The reality couldn’t have been further! I was welcomed, left to browse and my questions were answered quickly. When I found something I liked someone was on hand to talk me through my options, select the right mattress - I thoroughly enjoyed trying out all my options, I was offered refreshments and completing my transaction was easy. I left one happy customer .
