We were greeted at a safe distance upon arrival by a lovely sales assistant - we browsed uninterrupted until we needed to place an order and Stuart was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful

Both Mustafa and Alexandra at watford branch were very helpful and knowledgeable as well as polite and friendly, they made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable for me, these 2 guys need to be shown appreciation for the hard work they do!!! Great service sadly not great delivery times but that’s not the fault of Mustafa Or Alexandra !!

callum was very helpful he advised us to use the sleep monitor to find the right mattress for us we were shown as range of options and given plenty of time to try them. The service was very efficient and he was very friendly and not pushy in any way. We were very pleased when we found out we would only have to wait until Saturday form delivery
