The gentleman who helped me, Callum, was extremely helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for better help, Callum took me over to machine to see what mattress was best for me and proceeded to show me various options. Other members of staff (whose names i did not catch) were also extremely helpful and very friendly. 10/10

Stuart at your Watford store was full of knowledge and spent time understanding us especially with the benefit of the bed machine. He gave us plenty of options and was not pushy which we really appreciate. You can tell he takes care in his work for us the best experience we have ever had shopping for furniture. Amir also was very helpful and again held the qualities and knowledge needed to make our decisions easier.
