My partner and I went to purchase a mattress. We were assisted by Callum, who we felt was very friendly and knowledgeable. We used the mattress deciding machine, and then Callum showed us the mattresses that were best for us. We thought he did a good job in juggling lots of different customers, and not making us feel pressured to make a hasty decision. Dreams has a good range of products, and in the end we went with Tempur, which was our own choice, as we felt it was the best. I felt looked after and comfortable to ask any questions, so I would definitely return to Dreams in the future. Thank you Callum!
