We were seen to by Simona, a pleasant young person and she was not only friendly but very knowlegeable about products sold in your store

Caroline was extremely knowledgeable on the products and answered all of the questions we had. She suggested the Sleepmatch system which helped us greatly in narrowing down the variety of mattresses available which would tailor to both myself and my husband's requirements. She explained the COVID precautions in the store and we felt this situation was dealt with well and felt safe within the store. We also greatly appreciated the coffees!

A very pleasant experience overall. Callum asked us to sanitise when we entered the store, reassuring us that the staff we taking their covid measures seriously. Callum then asked us if we were looking for anything specific (a mattress) and suggested we try the Sleep Match. He set all this up (whilst keeping a safe distance) and once the results were provided he took us to try the mattresses suggested, whilst taking into account our preference to avoid memory foam (he didn't waste our time, which was appreciated!). Callum was very knowledgeable and helpful, and made the whole process of testing the mattresses easy, keeping it simple with the question 'do you like it more or less than the last'. As we tested one mattress, he sanitised the previous one, which was reassuring. We had not anticipated purchasing the mattress that day (we'd gone to look!) so did not have the right payment method, and Callum made it very easy for us to set up the quote then phone an hour later to complete the order. The Sleep Match process combined with the customer service received made the whole process very easy, and we won't hesitate to recommend Watford Dreams in future.
