Callum was very helpful and informative. Made us feel very at ease with the uncertainty of our move and making such a huge purchase. My husband made up with his new pillow which he’s skipping out of the shop with. Can’t wait to get the new bed. Not a pushy sale, just a really helpful and polite to secure our bed for our new home.

The lady that helped us was knowledgeable about the beds, didn’t rush us and answered all our questions.

I came in with my dad and a dream colleague came in to greet us and I felt at home!! The colleague name is Caroline, her customer service was excellent!! she helped me find the best comfortable mattress for my needs and wants, Caroline did this by checking out what bed was best suited for my type of body on the dream machine, and found out my body needed a medium mattress. So we went to find the specific medium mattress that I needed and I felt comfortable with, she guided me with a few many different mattresses and then I found the specific mattress that I was satisfied with!! She also helped me with the frame of the bed and the headboard of the bed and and showed me a variety of colours for which I can choose from and so I chose what I was satisfied with thanks to Caroline. I was over all all pleased with the customer service and I agreed with Caroline to buy why the whole bed for which I was satisfied with. Thank you so much Caroline!

I came into the store with my mother in law to have a look for a new bed. We were greeted as we came into the store by Callum who was great from start to finish! Within minutes my MIL had chosen what bed she’d like and with the help from Callum and trying out a few, she decided on a mattress too. We were offered water, tea/coffee throughout the duration and also great interaction from the team with my 2year old son toddling around. We were gifted lovely new pillows with our order and some great deals on some extras we purchased! Overall great service and we can’t wait to receive the new bed and mattress!!
