Dreams - Watford

I came into the store with my mother in law to have a look for a new bed. We were greeted as we came into the store by Callum who was great from start to finish! Within minutes my MIL had chosen what bed she’d like and with the help from Callum and trying out a few, she decided on a mattress too. We were offered water, tea/coffee throughout the duration and also great interaction from the team with my 2year old son toddling around. We were gifted lovely new pillows with our order and some great deals on some extras we purchased! Overall great service and we can’t wait to receive the new bed and mattress!!

I was highly satisfied, because I wasn’t rushed and I was given time to choose my preferences

Salesman asked what i was looking for and took me straight to look at a few he thght were appropriate. He explained about them then gave me a pillow and told me to try them all out, after which he said he would leave me to test them, which i really liked as i hate salesmen hanging around you

I went to Dreams on the recommendation of a friend after a bad experience with Benson's Beds , I was very well treated from the time I walked in till the time I left the store.
