We received very good advice and felt that our needs had been listened to and options were given. We were given time to think and did not feel pushed into the purchase. The overall safety was very good and the staff member Caroline was very good at keeping the area we were safe ie cleaning sprays and paper on the beds. On the sale at till point clear breakdown of the order and again given time to think of the options. We are very much looking forward to our new bed.

I walked in took a few moments to understand the store layout, we found mattresses we could take away that day by ourselves, although I spoke to someone and asked about delivery we weren't told you held some memory foam mattresses to take away that would've been a good pointer. but once we found them we found a member of staff who was really helpful and found the ones you had in stock so we could test them out then it was quick and easy

Joanna, the sales assistant was very professional, knowledgeable & very patient. She made sure I was completely happy with my purchase to the point where she insisted that I try the mattresses again before making my choice. Joanna made it easier for me to purchase a much needed new bed & mattress that was long overdue. I will be sending more customers her way.
