I was given all the information that I needed and even when I was uncertain the time to make my choice with no pressure. Everything went smoothly and Caroline who served me was friendly, professional and I went away very happy with my purchase, despite it being a lot more expensive that I had seen something similar elsewhere. I would highly recommend Dreams at Watford and will be going back again when I next need anything.

Simone-Maria was so lovely. She properly explained and guided us throughout the whole process of buying mattresse and bed frame for our new home. We spent nearly 2 hours in the store and she was there patiently waiting and giving advise when needed. Also we had a massive help from the manager and one of the staff members who was also lovely.
