The assistant greeted me at the door offering bottle of water as well as the usual hand sanitizer then showed me to the sofa I was looking for. She was very helpful, not too pushy and as an ex sales person myself I can confidently say she was very professional throughout.

Good experience throughout, Joanna the sales assistant took time to listen to our needs, showed us various different options, everything nice and relaxed no rush or pressure and enjoyed the purchasing experience, would definitely recommend to friends and family particularly the knowledge and expertise regarding the different mattress types. Really felt like a personalised experience.
