Customer service by Calum was fantastic, he is so knowledgeable about the products and really helped us to decide what was best for us. We tried a range of products and he was not pushy at all , I felt he listened to both myself and my husband. We also did the sleep test /sleep match analysis and that was great! Calum is a credit to your company and his knowledge was excellent . Very friendly from the second he greeted us and adhered to social distancing at all times . In all honesty we went in to only look not buy and we ended up buying we were so impressed we didn’t feel the need to shop around.
