Dreams - Wednesbury (Juntion 9)

My 2 year old son lay on the bed and was told off by one of the stores assistants, i did not appreciate his tone of voice and lack of detail as to what he was doing wrong.

Prior to visiting store I'd looked at products online and your website indicated that one item (Flaxy spring divan base) was not available to view at any of the 19 most local stores. When I got to the store there were actually several there, which was great in reality but doesn't reflect well on your IT system. Similarly, the assembly instructions for this item are not currently available online despite your website stating all assembly instructions are accessible. The store staff were very helpful - this feedback reflects my pre-store-visit experience of your website.
