The assistant was friendly and highly knowledgeable, we tried the mattress selector and tried out the appropriate ones, we were offered drinks and prices were explained to us.

Slim was a brilliant sales person, he was really attentive and showed us different options in different ranges. Slim used the machine to assess our recommended bed type which was really helpful in narrowing down the choices of mattress to buy. He provided us pillows when testing different mattresses and offered us a drink as well which just added to the experience being really easy and comfortable. There was no pressure selling which some sales people can be like, but rather a friendly approach trying to help us making a decision.

Friendly staff when entering the store but not trying to be pushy and sell us something took time to listen to our needs and arranged delivery around other things we had planned which was great

We met with Rosie at the Wednesbury branch. We named her Rosie Mama as she was kind enough to look after our baby whilst we looked and laid on the mattress. She gave us information clearly and precisely which made our decision in buying a mattress enjoyable and easier. I can honestly, if she wasn’t there, our experience would not have been nice nor easy. I felt I could trust her with my little one (7months). I would def come again but more importantly so say thank you to Rosie. She was precise in providing us with the information we wanted and explained clearly. There was no overload of info nor a push to buy something which I really appreciated. I really do not like it when I see shop floor workers following me around. Really appreciated Rosie!

Simple process from start to finish: friendly staff who gave you space and time to consider your options and suitability, and asked you for your opinion, thoughts and feedback. Overall an enjoyable and stress-free process.

Great customer service. Chris was very attentive and gave great advice when choosing a mattress and bedframe appropriate for us. The offer of a hot drink was also a nice touch
