Dreams - Wednesbury (Juntion 9)

The sales assistance was very friendly and not pushy, she recommended the 3 minute mattress test and was able to show a selection of mattresses, she took on board my comments about mattresses I tried and found suitable alternatives until I found the perfect mattress. She offered drinks whilst I was shopping which was a nice touch. She was available when I was ready to place my order and knew all answers to my questions.

The guy who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly without being too friendly.

Good friendly staff, welcome us with a smile and a greeting. We wanted to buy a mattress but desperately needed the loo, wasn’t a customer toilet but allowed us to use it, which allowed us to feel comfortable in store and choose hopefully the right mattress. Ellie who looked after us was friendly, professional and listened to our needs and advised us on the right mattress. We then asked for discounts which had to be done by a manager his name was Slim who was also professional and friendly

Great customer service wasn’t pressured at all! Staff were always on hand! Great team at wednesbury will 100% be returning in the future! Thank you again!

We travelled from Worcester. Ellie served us and was lovely. She took time out to understand what we were looking for and was polite and happy throughout. Ellie was thorough and checked our order. In fact all the staff in Wednesbury were really helpful.

Welcoming as soon as entering the store, very attentive.he asked all the right questions, asked us to test the beds, coffees while processing our order.

Lisa went above and beyond in helping us choose our new bed and mattress.

Felt listened to, assistant had knowledge & gave us time to consider our options, didn’t feel rushed or pushed & she delivered excellent customer service. Great team work demonstrated in store

Lisa was absolutely amazing in attending to our needs! She was fantastic with our toddler which helped us to choose the right beds we were able to both lie on mattresses together to select the best one! Lisa’s product knowledge was great too! Lisa was super helpful
