Greeted with a smile and a good morning. Hand sanitiser on entering. Pillow and cover and extra paper provided so I could lie on a selection of beds. Assessment carried out to see what type of mattress would be suitable for me. Refreshment would have been provided under normal circumstances but not possible due to Covid-19. Dreams Colleague, James, was very polite, efficient, friendly and knowledgable and not in the least pushy. Altogether a pleasant buying experience.

Angelo really looked after us from the time we entered the store. He "measured" my husband & I up on the mattered machine! Showed us many, many choices - he left us to think & make our decision. He is a credit to your staff, really pleased with how he advised & took us to look at items. Really helped our Autistic son with the Bluetooth on his bed frame!
