Dreams - Wolverhampton

When I entered the store, I was greeted by the store manager, Slim. I found him to be very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. When I was in the store, I wasn't sure what mattress to purchase, but after trying several mattresses out, I went for the Silent Night. Although it was a thousand pounds, it will certainly see me out. I only have one small criticism and that is after paying a thousand pounds for a mattress I would have though that a pillow could have been thrown in at that price.

I felt I was very well handled by the sales staff and they were very willing to see to our needs. Showroom was well organized and easy to navigate.

I knew what I wanted before going in Hollie our sales adviser showed us some mattress gave us a pillow to use and left us be to try which we wanted then she came back to see how we were getting on made sure we were made aware of what was on offer etc then took our order everything was great friendly offers of Drinks etc brill went smoothly quickly and quick waiting for delivery

The sales assistant listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable. We didn’t feel confused when trying out the different mattresses.

Firstly may I express our thanks to to the store manager “Slim” he was so polite, professional, helpful in understanding our requirements , and very knowledgeable , please pass on our thanks !! During our visit we received excellent service and complimentary coffee and that member of staff was also extremely polite ! Thanks to all at Dreams ,we will have a pleasure in recommending Slim and his team to family and friends in the future 5***** !!

The store was well laid out with pricing clearly marked. The colleague who dealt with us, Bobby, was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful and helped us choose the right bed for us.
