Angelo was very helpful and pleasant.

We went in to look before buying and some one come up to us straight away to help and after about an hour i found a bed and mattress i loved and brought.

Staff very friendly as soon as we chose what we wanted he informed us about the product and offered us a seat he was very hospitable and made my partner a cup of tea she was very grateful for this (she loves tea) we were made aware about further products but at no point did we feel pressured to buy anything we dident want or need the service was quick well informed and professtional we were extremely happy with service.

Found what I was looking for and ordered it. In and out in 20 minutes.

i was impressed by thee service and attention. Angelo never went off to deal with anyone else. He was very knowledgeable. I never felt uncomfortable, as I am a larger lady but it was great. He explained everything in detail. I did spend a little bit more than I planned but as I hadn't purchased a bed in more than 15 years it was probably worth it. Thanks Angelo. X

Went into my local dreams store (Wolverhampton) and was greeted by a lady called Holly. From start to finish and placing an order she was very helpful, a good listener & had a great knowledge about the products. She was more than happy to spend time with me and go through different beds / mattresses. Holly was well mannered and a pleasure to make a sale to.

I walked into the shop and an assistant came straight away. I told him what I wanted and he showed me the item and purchased it straight away

Hollie, made us feel very welcome and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble this is my second purchase within the last 3 months and I would definately return again

I was unable to make it into a store to try out which mattress would suit me. I dealt with James and Angelo on the phone and was talked through the ‘sleep match’ survey. Both members of staff where extremely helpful and answered all question and gave really helpful advice which resulted in me purchasing a mattress the same day I had made the enquiry. I would recommend dealing with this store again!
