James from Dreams Bentley Bridge store was very helpful and informative. He wasn't pushy but was there when we needed to ask questions. He was very polite and approachable. The store was nice and clean and well laid out. There was plenty of choice. The whole process of choosing and ordering a bed was quick but not rushed. Overall a great experience.

The store assistants really took the time to explain the products and show us around. It was our first time buying a bed and it was really nice not be rushed into a decision. We were in the store for almost an hour and changed our mind on the type of bed we would like but the store assistants understood our needs and were very open and easy to talk to.
