Dreams - Wolverhampton

We were met by a salesman and offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. He was friendly but professional throughout our visit and had excellent knowledge about the product. He noticed my disability and helped me in everyway he could.and was concerned about my comfort at all times. Other colleagues were also friendly and helpful, which together with the one to one help from Chris made our experience at Dreams in Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton, an exceptionally good one

I was served by Hollie at the Birches Bridge store in Wolverhampton and I have to say the service was fantastic! I originally went to look around the store and told Hollie that I would come back at another time. This did not affect the service that's she gave me. She was open and transparent from the start. Her product knowledge was second to none and nothing was to much trouble for her despite the fact that I wasn't buying at this point. I returned to the store yesterday, asked to see Hollie as I felt she knew what I wanted. I decided on which bed I wanted and we went to the service desk where I was offered a drink. Once more Hollie was knowledgeable and pleasant. She showed my my applied discount price, offered me product which I purchased and the manager even gave me some free pillows...and we all love a freebie don't we!?. I would definitely shop here again. All of tbe staff are very pleasant, the store is cleand and excellent customer service. Thank you!

James from Bentley bridge was absoultely amazing,so helpfull, knew exactly what i needed. Pointed me in the direction of Cris from Oldbury who left is lunch to assist me. I have never in my life left a message or comments on anything in my life, but i neede d to in this instance. James is a special guy along with Cris and I would happily bring them both on in my organisation. Icarnt express how grateful i was in the sevice i recieved by both of these genleman, and make no mistake they are Gentleman. God bless you both

We were greeted straight away when entering the store, Hollie was extremely friendly and helpful. We were given a range of options as to what we were looking for and Hollie was able to find everything that fitted our preferences.

The sales assistant, Hollie, was extremely polite, friendly and attentive to our needs. She asked the right questions to make sure we got the mattress that was right for us. Very knowledgeable and made my Dad feel very comfortable with the whole experience- my Dad being elderly, he sometimes lacks confidence in shops. An excellent experience and my Dad will definitely be returning to store for other things he is going to need. Thank you Hollie! Fab job! A credit to Dreams!

We went into store not knowing what we wanted, ryan soon helped us decide whith the fancey sleeping machine in the store, very knowledgeable!!!!

Chris made the experience very easy and made us feel welcome and explained each of the options for the specific things that were required for the bed we wanted.
