We were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The assistant brought various pillows for us to try and suggested various mattresses. She was knowledgeable about the products in store and made us aware of our choices. She was not pushy, she explained things well. Great sense of humour.

Amazing helpful staff, treated me like a person instead of just another sale

Angelo greeted us on arrival offered his services if required. My husband recently disabled, as a result of his amputation were having bedroom wardrobes rebuilt to cater for the wheelchair access, required bed base to fit, with draws. Angelo was knowledgeable on the products and soon found what we required, and reassured us with the delivery. Excellant service definitely recomnend this store to friends and family.

I arrived at the store with a firm idea of what I wanted. I was assisted by James who was very knowledgeable, he allowed me to wander around the store at my own pace after asking me if required any help. Once he could see that I couldn’t decide he came back to me and asked what I was looking for. I was very specific and he directed me to a mattress identical to the hotel one that I had in mind. He gave me the same pillow I use for my medical condition and encouraged me to lie down and get comfortable. Rather than do the “hard sell” I had expected he made me a coffee and we chatted, he answered all of my questions without hesitation and allowed me to make my own choice, even suggesting that before I commit to the base that I go home and make sure there was enough room on my landing to accommodate the turn into the bedroom. When I discovered it was too big I returned to the store and was served by Slim who was both very professional and very relaxed. The ordering process was straightforward and the other staff treated me like an old friend. The rapport in the selling team was very good. I ended up buying bedding as well because the quality was so good, I would recommend !!!
