we were well recieved, Angelo who looked after us seemed to know all about the products, we explained our needs, he listened then took time to make sure we were happy. he explained about all the products on offer,. we were happy to listen and to take his advice. we bought a matress , a cover, and took out some insurance on him explaining about the product, . we thought what he told us was very helpful ..

The colleague (Angelo)that greeted me and supported me during my transaction was fantastic. He took time to understand my needs offering several suitable suggestions, I didn’t feel like I was being watched or pressured whilst I was browsing. We were offered a drink as we browsed which was a nice touch. The store was presented well and was clean, and the process from start to finish was great. It’s a shame we have to wait a week for a product but as it is handmade I understand. I would like to finish on the biggest positive which was Angelo he is a credit to your company, delivering fantastic service, izoudl recommend Dreams at Bentley Bridge Wolverhampton to my friends and family.

The sales representative allowed you to look around (didn't bother you or follow you around the store) but when I needed assistance he was very helpful and sold the bed very well
