The salesman Angelo was very helpful but not at all pushy as in some stores, we were allowed to browse in peace without being pounced on, when I explained my medical needs he was both sympathetic and more than willing to provide the extra information needed to make the correct choice of bed for my specific requirements.

Once greeted at the door, my wife and I were left alone to to look around and make our own choices without being "pounced on" , we were only approached when asking for information about delivery dates etc.

The assistance we received was very helpful and lots of advice and knowledge was provided. The store assistant wasn't pushing us to buy he was very patient and helped us through the products and options.

Aman the assistant who served us was friendly, knowledgable and very efficient during the whole sale. Well done!

We were asked by Pav if we would like her to explain to us the various types of firmness of the mattresses to help us decide which one was suitable for us, which we accepted. This was a great help to us. Pav asked us to try a few mattresses whilst she explained about them and then she left us to browse at our leisure. She asked if we would like any further help just ask. She was very pleasant and really helpful. All done with a smile.

Advisor named Slim was very friendly and had knowledge of the bed as I was a little sceptical of buying a ottoman the first time, overall had a think and came back to store and he was very helpful also made conversation with my lad as he was bored Bed shopping hehe but yes thank you great service.

The staff were friendly and very approachable without being pushy. They provided us with lots of information about the different products and options without making us feel obliged to actually buy anything. This helped us make our own mind up but with the best information and advice they could offer. Slim and Angelo were extremely efficient and friendly.
