We where very overwhelmed with the amount of different products that were available when we arrived, we were approached and had some helpful explanations and then left to peruse the ranges, again approached several times to see if we were ok and needed any more help, but at no time did we feel pressured to make a decision too quickly and would have felt fine to walk away to make a decision and purchase at a later date, however we managed to make a decision with the help of staff on the day with no pressure

on visiting the store today i was greated by freindly staff. Aman soon asked me what i was looking for and went out of his way to help me, which i was fery pleased about as it's quite daunting deciding which mattress to choose, I was offered coffee while i looked around overall i was extremely satisfied with the service i was given and made my shopping experience streee free.

Within minutes of entering your store at Bentley Bridge we were greeted by Amanjit who was very professional in asking us of our specific needs. We were shown several mattresses and we were able to try each one out without any rush. An explanation was given of the benefits of each product. We were offered coffee and the whole experience was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this store.

My father and I enjoyed our shopping experience at the store to buy a mattress. My dad was purchasing without the benefit of my mother but was still able to confidently choose and buy what he wanted. The store assistant PAV was very good with him and made him feel comfortable.

Originally went in to buy a cheaper bed and look at overall styles and standard, assistant gave quality explanations without being pushy and allowed me to make up my own mind. Felt I was being allowed both the time and space to decide
