We visited the shop a few times and each time we went in the service and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. They even recognised who we were and asked if they could show us round again or if we needed anymore assistance.

The overall experience of shopping for what we needed, was covered from the moment we walked through the door. Product knowledge, knowledge of what we needed/required, the ease of of talking to the gentleman in store ( Slim was his name), no pressure selling, helpful and the list can go on.
