We were pleased and surprised to find your shop still open on a Sunday (most of the retail shops close at 4 on a Sunday) at 4.30 and not closing until 5. Angelo was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. He advised me on your products and I left the shop very convenient I had made the right products.

From the moment I stepped through the door, an assistant was there to help me. I wanted to buy a double bed and mattress. The sales assistant took me through a range of beds, explaining details about each one. Once I had selected a frame, I was then shown a range of mattresses that were suited to my price range. The process took about 15minutes. if I had been their on my own, it would have taken me hours. The assistant had a great knowledge of all the beds and mattress that I looked at. I felt supported to make the right decision for me but never pushed into a higher price bracket. When it came to actually buying what I wanted the sales assistant offered me other products which I hadn't thought of but needed. All of which were on sale. She explained each optional extra clearly. I couldn't fault anything about the experience I had. I was relieved it was made a lot easier with the sales assistant talking me through the process.

It was a masterclass of salesmanship from Angel. Choosing wardrobes with its component parts can be stressful at times but the salesperson was well informed of all the products I needed to buy and made the whole process very easy for me to decide. Thank you.

The gentleman who looked after us was very professional and remembered us from when we visited the week before. He took time to explain everything about the delivery,how they would assemble the base and take away the old one. The gentleman was Slim the store manager.

Your colleague Amanda helped us out, and she was so friendly and informative. We purchased two different mattresses to cater for different needs - a firm one, and for myself, a combination mattress to accommodate my lower back pain. Amanda was incredibly helpful! She also made a note to the deliverers that an afternoon delivery would be preferable for us on the time of day (as my dad was coming back from working night shift). Great experience!

There was an advisor ready to help straight away who helped us to make the best choice of mattress that was suitable for our needs. He also gave us some advice on a bed that we are thinking of buying in the near future.

I knew what type of mattress I wanted and the store assistant showed me exactly what was in the range and the differences between them. Ordering was easy and delivery was arranged to suit my availability.
