Angelo my assistant was extremely helpful, a wealth of knowledge, he was very pleasant, not at all pushy and gave me plenty of time to look around and try different mattresses without bothering me which I very much appreciated. Allowed to browse without pressure to buy. When I had made my choice impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. Quickly understood my requirements and helped me with my product selection.

Personnel very helpful the store easily accessible to view products and altogether a very relaxed and pleasurable shopping experience.

Stephanie and her colleague were very helpfull, I am disabled and they were very patient and did not rush me. I tried 8 different beds when we explained which mattress that we wanted to replace, Stephanie provided a pillow and accompanied my wife and I around the store pointing out which ones she thought would be the most suitable. This is the third time we have bought a bed or mattress from Dreams we have always received good service and even when we have come into the store just to buy pillows or bedding we have always been pleased with the quality of the items and the service

This was our third purchase from this store. We arrived at 9:10 only to realise that the store did not open until 10. However, the manager (Slim) came to the doors and let us in and proceeded to deal with your requirements. He listened to what we wanted then used his experience to direct us to a couple of potential candidates. The first one met our needs (in terms of comfort and firmness as my wife has a bad back) and the second choice (though more expensive) was slightly better so we opted for that one. Slim had assisted us on our previous purchase and he listens to your requirements, finds what you want then leaves you to make your choice in a completely pressure free way. Once we had choosen our product we sat down with him and enjoyed a tea and a coffee whilst we sorted out the paperwork. First class service and this why we always return to this specific branch for our needs. Thanks Slim for opening up early for us and for the excellent service. We will definitely return for future purchases and would not hesitate to recommend this store.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who asked if he could help and then showed us several options to meet our needs. My daughter tried the beds and was also offered a comfier pillow than the dummy displays while making her choice. We were given prices / savings and an availabilty date for delivery. I said I would have a think about it and see if I could get someone to be at home for the delivery. Havino checked what time the store closed I said I would return. I was given a business card with the gentleman's name on. We returned later that day to make the purchase and we were remembered immediately, re-shown the bed again and then taken through the paperwork. We were offered the insurance cover which we decided to purchase too. The member of staff was friendly, helpful and informativery. He was very knowledgeable indeed and gave the best customer service I've experienced in a long time Thank you

To be honest, i already knew what product I wanted before I came into store. However, Angelo sold the product to me even more. His knowledge was second to none. He even recommended a really comfortable mattress which goes well with the bed frame, and is also on offer!

Pav, the Dream's representative who assisted me, was exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and professional. The best service/assistance I have experienced while shopping in many, many years.

As we entered the store it was nice and bright very clean and the beds in the store were well layed out plenty of room to inspect and try each bed out with comfort the staff were so help full made us feel very welcome and very professional.

Evangelos, what an amazing sales man, despite the fact he was run off his feet being the only member of staff on duty he paid very good attention to us. He listened to our requirements, allowed us to try out the mattresses and spent time discussing the quality and what our needs require. Evangelos then went on to help us out choosing pillows. Evangelos, was not at all pushy which can be quite often off putting for us. Very friendly and welcoming attitude and made us both feel comfortable. Evangelos made us both a drink and invited us to sit down whilst we discussed the order further. Evangelos explained everything to us in great deal and made sure we understood everything before we finalised our purchase. He discussed the 40 night comfort guarantee, delivery options and organised for our old mattress to be take away. This man Evangelos, is a credit to the company and with more staff like him I feel sure this would encourage more customers.
