Very approachable and knowledgable sales person. I really liked the colour coding which made looking at and trying out the matresses very easy - an excellent idea. The sales person was not pushy or overbearing. The ordering and payment process was quick and efficient.

I have mobility challenges, at no time did your staff talk down to me or round me. My requirements were first and foremost, answering all questions clearly and precisely. A delivery date and time was arranged to suit us. They make a very respectable cup of coffee as well as being friendly intelligent people. It was a pleasure to shop in your store.

Amanda was experienced in the job and not to pushy, just allowed you to browse and choose your own product giving advice when required

We were met by a very friendly salesman who introduced himself and asked if we wanted to look around or did we need help. Exactly the right approach for me. Since we knew what we were looking for we gave him the details. he quickly guided us to the beds which met our requirements and we were encouraged to try the beds and take our time. The sale was agreed and the details at the desk were carefully explained. Sale complete.

We were offered assistance by Amanda as soon as we walked in. She asked what we were looking for but at no point put any pressure on us. We were left to browse but Amanda was available & very knowledgeable when we needed to ask questions. It was also good to see a consistency in staff from when we brought another bed over 2 years ago as Angelo looked after us then.

My purchase was made at the Wolverhampton store. I was approached by a fabulous assistant by the name of Slim, who understood exactly what I was looking for and took the time to show me all the mattresses that he thought would suit me. He also explained the different types of mattress. A delivery slot was found and the order placed. Very quick and easy, so a big thank you to Slim and the store.

Walked in to dreams and straight away the greeting was excellent a welcome and a smile from Angelo, who gave us time to look at what we went for. As we saw the sofa bed on internet we wanted to look before purchasing after a little while of looking a friendly face came over and asked us if we needed any help. We knew we wanted it but had a few questions, Angelo answered them clearly and was extremely helpful pulling the bed out, showing us sizes and measurements. Then we wanted to discuss payment he explained all the options so we went ahead and ordered. Whilst sitting and working through the information we were offered drinks and everything went through. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Angelo for all the help and being so friendly.
