We were very happy with the service we received, the staff were very friendly, well presented and professional.

Angelo was attentive without being overbearing, he was great with our kids and was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the store.

Great service,I have brought on many occasions from Dreams and the reason I returned is that I always feel like a valued customer even when not spending a lot of money! Always offered a drink(much appreciated on a cold day) I have recommended dreams to all my friends and family.

We were highly satisfied with the service we received from the assistant that served us. Amanda was professional and not overly pushy. She help us select our new bed, showing us the various mattresses that may suit us and then leaving us to make our own decisions without following us around trying to get us buy the most expensive. She then made sure that we had refreshments during the purchasing process and then explained all the ins and outs without over complicating things. I would like to say that Amanda made the process of buying our new bed a pleasure.

Angelo the Dreams Assistant was very polite and friendly. He explained all about the item we were looking for and left us to look round the show room but was always available if questions were needed to be answered. We were offered a hot drink during our visit. On making a decision, he processed the order efficiently. As the item purchased was for a static caravan, a suitable delivery date was met. We have been a customer of Dreams in the past and when we are looking for a bed/matress, they are always the first place we visit. On very rare occasions they do not have the design we are looking for but not very often.

The Staff Member James was very friendly and understanding. He took time to explain the options regarding the mattresses and encouraged me to try them out. He also encouraged me if it was possible to make a return visit, try them again, to be sure I was making the right choice. He also carefully explained the options of changing the mattress after a 40 day try out at home. Help was provided regarding the choices for Bedheads. The possibilities for the collection of the old bed was also explained. I was offered coffee on my visits and made very welcome. Slim, who eventually took the order, was also extremely helpful and pleasant It was a very relaxed and enjoyable buying experience

The assistant Steph was very pleasant and polite and couldnt do enough to help us find the right mattress for us. We were so pleased as she had us trying out various things including pillows that we ended up buying some tempur pillows too. Steph also made us a drink whilst we were deciding which was very welcome.

My wife and myself went in to browse and we were greeted by Amanda who was so courtious, and with so much product knowledge and so willing to let my wife try every product to help her arthritis, we decided we need not look elsewhere. We are both in sales and were both so impressed particularly as she has only been in your team for around a year. Your other staff looked also very helpful.
