We attended the store back in August and we were served by Angelo. Back in August we were exceptionally pleased with the service he provided to us, his knowledge is great, he was a pleasure to be around and he did not force us to make any decisions or purchases. He quoted us at the time and said when ready, come back and we can look into a purchase. 5 months later we felt ready and even though this store is over 15 miles away, I called the morning of purchase to make sure he was working, I spoke with him and said I will be attending the store later that day, to which he was most welcoming. As soon as we entered the store he recognised us straight away and greeted us with a wave, I was shocked he still remembered us which was great! He spent over 30 minutes with us giving us time to choose a new bed with his opinions and help as the previous bed on the quote had been discontinued, we ended up purchasing a bed £200 + more than before but with the help of Angelo we were more than happy to do so. (He also made us drinks in the meantime). Everything went through very well and he was chuffed to have found us the right purchase. Thankyou Angelo!

I had already chosen the bed I wanted online but wanted to see it in- store. There was an excellent choice of beds and the store was well set out with plenty of room to look around. Angelo was extremely helpful and talked me through the benefits of the product insurance, available delivery dates etcetera. He checked that the particular bed was in stock and I did not feel rushed into buying. Excellent service and lovely products.
