Angelo was extremely helpful. Not your stereotypical pushy salesperson. Gave us the space and time we needed to discuss and make our decision and was highly personable.

My Mother and I was greeted on entering the shop with a friendly hello nice to see you, please have a look around, would you like a cup of tea or coffee. That put us at ease, not pressured to buy. Whilst we was browsing, James Freeman came up to us and asked if we needed any help. He explained what the different coloured pillows meant on the beds, and explained the difference between each mattress we had looked at. He left us to keep trying the mattresses, when we'd made our selection he came back to help us order a mattress and a headboard. He was very helpful, explained each step clearly and talked us through the paperwork. Would recommend him and the shop to anyone who is in the market for a new bed
