Customer service I was highly impressed with customers service and myself and my father was looked after.. keep the customer service up!!!! Thank You

We visited the Bentley Bridge (Wolverhampton) and immediately greeted by a young member of staff who asked if we needed any help but in a non sales / pushy way, he also offered us a drink. We then spoke to another sales guy (Angelo) who was very polite and friendly and offered all the help and guidance we needed. He was very knowledgable and despite knowing our budget at no time tried to sell us something without offering a full range of priced mattresses. We were at no time rushed and enjoyed the experience. We would highly recommend this store and the staff (we also visited the Oldbury store earlier that day were very disappointed in the lack of interest from the staff)

James at the Wolverhampton store was one of the best sales people I have ever come across. He listened carefully to my criteria and budget and showed me all of the mattresses which matched. He obviously had an outstanding product knowledge which he relayed to me brilliantly so I could understand whilst at the same time he somehow entertained and got my 2 young and energetic children engaged in the purchase. Don’t think I’ve ever had such good service. Thank you so much James!

Arrived an hour before opening but doors were opened and invited in to browse so given time tof have a good look around and choice made by opening times. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their subject.

Pav who assisted us today was lovely. She was friendly and knowledgeable and really made the process easy from start to finish.

The sales assistant, Angelo, approached me within a few moments of entering the store and asked if he could be of any assistance. When I said I was waiting for my husband to join me, be offered me a cup of tea or coffee while I waited. He gave us detailed explanations about the mattresses on offer and even carried a pillow around with us to complete the trying out of the mattresses! He was friendly, most helpful and did not exert any pressure to buy. Exactly what I am looking for when I am deciding to spend this amount of money. The service we received meant that although we had planned to go to look at other shops, we decided not to and to make the purchase. The buying procedure was simple; again everything was explained to us as needed. Just a minor point, but this emphasises the care the staff at this branch take, the customer at the next desk had a bad cough and immediately a cough sweet was found and given to her - very good service, I thought.

The store manager Slim was very helpful with what type of bed we required and which would be suitable for us.

We entered the store (Wolverhampton) not expecting to find a bed that suited our price range. Your salesman Angelo was extremely helpful throughout the whole process - he wasn't too pushy, gave us time to discuss and think about things, and had a great personality.

Joe was very helpful in determining our needs and very knowledgeable about mattresses. He asked other colleagues for their expertise in order to answer all of our questions. Slim the store manager was very approachable and helped distract our son so that we could place the order
